CHECK has been involved with this St Luke's Boys' High School since 1984 when an Exchange Project took place between their school and de Stafford School in Caterham and involvement with many Primary Schools in Caterham. Since then many exciting achievements have occurred. They include the construction of an Admin. Block, Science labs, a dormitory, a kitchen, a library, staff houses, a well, a piggery, a bakery. A new generator, classroom teaching and learning aids, a Medical Room, have also been jointly provided.
Much sports' equipment and kit have been donated. (Sport is a high priority at this school and the handball team has been the Kenyan National Champions in recent years and they have won the East African Championship).
